Globish has been registered as a trade mark in some countries but with the goal that everyone, everywhere can share the use of  the Globish language components. There are books and services that are offered for sale and they may, or may not, be covered by particular IP licences which we hope will soon all be described with Creative Commons licenses for your ease of use. Any proposed use of Globish intellectual property can be checked for approval by contacting the Globish Foundation.
